Professional Expertise:
My career is defined by an intense focus on leading the transformation of business units as a COO, President, VP, and GM in a global diversity of verticals and ownership structures. My expertise is centered on talent development, change management, and strategic advisory. To extend my work in this arena, I have launched a coaching consultancy, Elevare Creative Leadership, LLC. To enhance my skills as a coach in driving individual and organizational leadership transformation, I also began a 12-month journey at Northwestern University as part of their MS in Learning and Organizational Change.
